The early onset cases of anorexia nervosa, which occur in children between the ages 8 and 14, pose a serious challenge to eating disorders professionals. interdisciplinary approach this disorder is prerequisite for timely development therapeutic strategy individual complex needs child family. This case report presents an nervosa 12-year-old outpatient girl. history described, with stages awareness problem; seeking professional help; nutritional rehabilitation; psychiatric psychological help that family receive.
